So, I haven't played ffxi in a while, and I did cancel all of my ID's and everything. The last 2 months on my statement, they have charged me.

I decided to call them and have my credit card taken off of any account it might be apart of, well after sitting on hold for an hour without talking to anyone, I hung up. Should I just go to my bank or call my bank and dispute the charges? Or should I try calling SE again a different day of the week (midday monday was probably a bad idea).
