having problems accessin a mule

Hello everyone.
I have an issue with one of my mules. My issue is that every time I try to log on to my mule within 1 minute my whole system freezes and when that happens I’m force to reboot everything. I have also check all the mules and they all seem to be fine. Except of my sandy mule. My sandy mule is the only one that I can’t seem to access him and I don’t know why? Unless SE closes his port that’s the only thing I can think of at the moment.
My question is this have any of you had this problem in the past? And yes I have spoken to a GM but he told I need to call play online tomorrow.
I have also reboot my router and I have also call my cable provider and the response I got from the tech it was that all my connection are working properly and the issues is coming from them.
Any advice from anyone would be appreciated.

have you tried to also go into mh and zone out of the same place where that mule is on another char on your account?

You probably have a bad DAT file, and someone near where your character is logging in is wearing the piece of gear that uses that DAT. Run a file check.

It's also possible the local character data is corrupted, so try looking in the USER directory of POL/SE/FFXI and deleting the folder that corresponds to the mule.

I am on play station 2 and I already figure it out was the issue with my sandy mule. Problem solve so now I can get back to my cooking.
