Programmable Keyboard

Figured I would post this here instead of Tech forum, due to it being WoW related.

Currently I play on a Macbook Pro and I hear about people Dual-Boxing in WoW with programmable keyboards, binding the G Keys to control the secondary character. I tried google and nothing really related to what I was trying to find out. I'm hoping to dual-box level on one of those invite-a-friend accounts.

So my question is, can I use a G15 on Mac and be able to write full macros for the G keys? If not are there any programmable keyboards for Mac? And lastly, what the hell do I write in the macro space to only control one certain instance of WoW. Thank you for any replies, going to work so I won't be able to respond back atm. Any alternative methods to using a programmable keyboard is welcome to. Thanks!

It has nothing to do with the keyboard, you can do it with any.

You need a program to send the keybinds to the 2nd instance of wow.

I run octopus for all my characters as well, although I feel that just 2boxing isn't enough.

When I 2box and spam instances and shit, it's so boring and bad. But when I 3-5box it's a whole different game.

Might AppleScript be able to easily send keys to each instance of WoW?

i really no nothing of scripting and what not, I'm a computer noob, so I have no idea how to start basically. Figured you guys would be able to lead my in the right path. Thanks Shue for the link, I'll hafta look over that. I've opened Applescript and immediately closed it because I had no idea how to use it. >.> Thank for all the input so far.

*Double Edit* It seems Clonekey is looking to be the best for Mac, it doesn't say Octopus is compatable with Mac sadly.

The developers of Clone Key stopped supporting it but it's open source so someone else took up the project and renamed it Cloned Keys. It works fine, but there's absolutely no customization, so it literally just copies whatever you click. Which might suck if one of my alts dies and the other lives. Will need to disable it to run to my corpse o.o;;
