Find me some significant evidence as to where

ATT+6, EVA-4 and MTD-2% > STR+2, GKT Skill +5 and Parrying +5.

Bear in mind on a RELIC job, which now you'd be on the majority of the time with Amano, think of which would offer you the best bonuses.

Don't get me wrong, Merman's is a decent enough earring to have in the slot, I don't doubt that. But a career SAM, especially with a relic shouldn't fucking look at a Suppa twice.

Yes, I notice Kenny has NIN lvl'd and possibly have a use for Suppa on WAR here and there, my comment is not a "lolbushiwhere", it was a simple "grats, but now your potentially a fulltime SAM, how about this?"

If he was a fulltime SAM, I would think that he would have Justice Torque with 8/8 GKT merits. with the 20acc on amano, thats overkill on SAM and Ryko pointed that out. Think of how many jobs in this game use the Dual Wield trait.

Kenny has an Askar Korazin on ffxiah profile. A Bushi would compliment Haubergeon's ACC loss quite comfortably with Amano in tow.

I know the mere mention of the job is LOLworthy around here, but Suppa is still the choice for BST/NIN DD since we got left behind in the 2h patch. Just adding that in. Maybe BLU too?

I debated a lot whether I should drop Suppa and get Bushi and I am still undecided as to what I will do. I am aware of the differences the 2h patch made to ruke's rationale on this but then again I don't make every decision based on what someone on a forum tells me.

I do have Nin which is a job I still enjoy playing a great deal outside of tanking (the 3rd job I levelled but the first I truely took pride in equipping it to perform its best), for solo and certain other situations. I also am a Ridill war but I doubt that will factor into the equation now because every situation can be covered by sam or nin, although thats not to say I won't get bored and play it a few times in the future. I am not however, justifying my decision (whatever it is in the end) to people I've never spoken to when it doesn't come down to figures and formula, instead is based on what I personally enjoy doing in this game.

Feel free to keep announcing what I should do and know that it will have 0 impact on my decision at the end of the day because I already know stats on each earring.

I dunno, I had Bushi for a while and loved it.

Then at some point I started not liking SAM as much (probably because in 2 years I couldn't get my hands on a god damned Hagun . _ . still don't have one, and I refuse to pay 3 mil vs 80k for my onimaru)

The DW bonus is pretty noticeable for me just subbing NIN for DW2 (my NIN is only 37) so I can only imagine how much better it must be for a 75 NIN.

Not sure how dual wield jobs work and how/if its exponential like haste, or if its just a set reduction off then haste is applied to the new number, but isn't 5-10% going to be about what you get from suppa?

You should just shut the fuck up and safe yourself the fucking embarassment.

Downgrading Bushi to some random melee earring like ethereal/hollow/merman is like 1-2% performance downgrade at its very worst.

Most of the time though, you won't even remember it's not there, especially if you had a fucking weapon with +20 ACC
