Supa Dupa Noob PC Hardware question

Hi, I am a complete idiot when it comes to building a PC or most internal PC components in general. (I understand most of the basics of what RAM, processor, Etc do but that's about it.) I have not kept up in the last couple of years as far as what video cards, processors, or RAM is good to have. The question I pose is this, I would like to build/buy a PC for the sole purpose of playing FFXI on Windows XP. The only thing it would be used for is running XI and Windower + Plugins. I do not need a monitor/keyboard/mouse for this setup I plan on connecting this to my plasma and using my existing wireless keyboard.

What I would like it to do.

Video card would need to have HDMI output
enough RAM/Processing power to run the before mentioned @ max specs with no lag or overheating.

This would not be used for any other applications or even surfing the interwebz.

I know of Newegg generally having good deals on the parts necessary to build one, but would prefer to be able to purchase one ready to go with w/e specs I would need to accomplish this. Any suggestions on specs, or links of where to buy would be appreciated, budget being $500-$750. Thanks in advance!

unless they fixed the burn in problem with plasma TV's in the past year since i first checked 1 out id say horable idea hooking it up to it.

now if your still going to procide. The building part is easy pretty much plug tab A into slot B for everything. As for GPU needing HDMI output most dont have 1 but they do come with DVI to HDMI dongols at least Nvidia cards do idk about ATI.

and theres really no such thing as running FFXI with no lag no matter how good the hardware its still ganna lag some at kings and whitegate. The game is limited by bad programing at this point pretty much anything from past 2 years or so can run it well enough that it becomes the software holding it back not hardware.

I had completely forgot about the burn in issue for some reason, I have a 52" LCD I can switch and connect it to instead. It also has DVI input which would do what, 720p? As far as components go Newegg probably the best place to buy them? What specs/brands should I be looking for? And is putting it together really as easy as just plugging everything in? Sorry so many questions I is a noob at this.

Decided to look at some gaming pc's on Newegg and am looking @ getting this one for the needs mentioned above.

    Newegg.com - iBUYPOWER Gamer Power 903 Core 2 Quad Q8200(2.33GHz) 4GB DDR2 320GB NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit - Desktop PCs

Seems to have everything I am looking for at a decent price.

    would this suffice?
