Anybody know if Neutral attack bonus stacks with status or elemental attacks ?

If you're asking if you can have elemental attacks, or status attacks, and neutral attack bonus at the same time, then the answer is yes.
If you're asking if the neutral attack bonus is going to enhance any of those attacks, then the answer is: it shouldn't.

And Neutral attack bonus will add damage to my normal attack and I'd still have the chance to petrify ?
