Does anyone else think it's utter bullshit to be suspended in school for saying the term "swine flu"?
I kid you not, this happened to me yesterday. I got suspended for a day for saying literally swine. flu.
I'm contemplating on suing or not, because quite frankly, I think that's a ton of bullshit.
Just curious on opinions.

Here's what probably happened:

Kids joking about swine flu. Teacher warns kids to shut the fuck up. One kid mutters swine flu and gets suspended and thinks he's being suspended for saying 'swine flu'

Someone coughed.
I said swine flu in a joking manner with a laugh on my face (I'm sure I'm the only person who's ever joked about it)
Teacher immediately starts screaming at me to get the hell out of his class.
Never had any issues with the teacher, no reason for him to even try to attack me.

Also lol at suing too, but I remember my Civil Law teacher had actually said that it's a breach of my first amendment rights to not allow me to say swine flu.

I'm not even really angry, I'm more or less perplexed how I can honestly get suspended for saying swine flu.
I can see if I screamed bomb or if I threatened somebody or something. But I really don't see how simply saying Swine Flu with a laugh on my face warrants a suspension :/

Edit: The person who coughed was overweight. But I don't know if she was mexican, lulz.
