i was under the impression that spontaneous evacuation was just something that occurred if your body was far enough along in any of those processes. like if you would probably have gone to take a shit/piss relatively soon but died before you got to a bathroom, it was pretty likely you'd just unleash. i would think the jizzing after death thing would be similar to a nocturnal emission, where you just have jizz built up for days and you just ejaculate because everything is completely relaxed.
