I was looking forward to seeing Man U stomp Chelsea. I can't fucking stand them.

I guess seeing Barcelona squeeze out a goal in the 90th minute to advance after being dominated is a distant second satisfaction wise.

Should be an interesting final. Messi-Ronaldo is reason enough to watch this one.

Yes, but in this case a tie means Barca (as the away team) advances with the win. Not at all boring in the slightest when all they had to do for nearly 75 mins of the game was score a GD goal... which they finally did in the 92nd.

lol. See, Americans always think it's about how many goals/points etc you score. It's not. It's the strategy. It's the amazing plays at every position on the field. Defense wins championships. They can't win if they can't score.

That was no different than when the Hurricanes scored with 32 seconds left against the Devil's to win the game.

That 90' goal put them in the finals. They were tied 1-1 between both matches, but away goals are worth more than home goals. So despite the game ending in a tie, it was a clear victory for Barcelona.

The final is gonna be exciting, personally im a new addition to the soccer fan base, and Man U are my favoured team, mostly down to my brothers supporting them.

Im interested to see how Messi, Henry, Eto .etc... will handle Vidic, Ferdinand, Evra and even O'shea, Imo Evra and Vidic are the two best defenders out there, they have the perfect balance of speed and strength.

Im sure barcelonas attack is more formidable than uniteds, but its vice versa for the defense imo, all in all should make for a interesting match, i truly hope both teams are on there top form so we have something to get excited about.

Puyol&Milito = God Mode: ON(IDDQD!!). Barcelona has a very strong backline, but sadly their weakest link is Victor Valdes who is really playing for Barca because he is a Catalan. Patrick Evra is all about pace, imo weakest link of MANU.

...not to mention the midfield, Xavi&Iniesta are simply the best central midfielders out there.

Barcelona's current squad is a "cheat", "bug" in football. If they lose the final, or if they lose to any other team in the world it'll be a surprise.

I didn't catch the game but I'm glad Chelsea didn't go through. Would hate to have seen a Champion's League final with two Premiership sides, defeats the purpose and it would be a boring match considering I don't follow any teams.
I heard Barcelona scored at the last minute but didn't realise it was in extra time though, that's brilliant.

The post-match celebrations were a laugh too. Barcelona celebrating on their half and Chelsea having a go at the ref in theirs.

Final should be interesting if everyone's on form, especially considering some of the play Man U pulled last night. That goal on the counterattack was insane.

Exact my thoughts, they played defensive in barcelona (yea is understandable they were visitant), and today after scoring that goal, they decided to do the same, glad way Barça won, you are local and playing defensive, you just don't deserve to win.


I am madrid fan but since my familiy is from there, i support all spain teams in european cups, even if they won 6-2 to madrid last week , Visca Barça, Visca Iniesta!.
