Some dude called and was giving him a hard time, you know typical "call the helpdesk and bitch" attitude, and that was his email he sent after the call. The apology was forced by his lead, he didn't think what he said was a threat or out of line. Holy shit.

Actually Jeff was the perfect dickhead to do it to and that's the only reason Akeem didn't get fired. My big boss was like "well lets go see what this asshole (Jeff) has to say about it" He called and apologized to Akeem. Like wtf man. fuck I wanted akeem to get fired.
Akeems lead saw the deleted items show an unread for a second as Akeem tried to cover his tracks, but little do most people know you can easily recover deleted items in outlook.

Also have 2 guys on restriction now for stealing a boat, taking it out near a bridge, running out of gas, and calling our command for help. When the help arrived, they found the 2 guys with 2 underage girls (one 18, one THIRTEEN), with 4 cases of Bud Light, supposedly on a double date. One of the guys is married. The officer that went to get them? Was at the wedding.

One day I get an email, dude says he just got out of a Freeroll but he's got $150 missing, I check the guys account and he's a US player. No Real-Money play since '06.
Cue "WTF face".
Check his last email, says he can't access his account because he can't send emails to the support at "pockerstars.com".
Anyone with the IQ of a child whould tell him:
"This is PartyPoker, PokerStars is a different company and if you need help with your account there you need to contact them on their help line."
Bulgaria, never one to dissapoint, tells the dude to uninstall and reinstall the software and to delete his temp files and cookies and the problem will be resolved.
One of the few things that trumped this was when a Bulgarian agent called a Bingo player a paedophile in the public chat and then refused to apologise despite management's direct orders.
He finally apologised once someone explained to them what a paedophile was.

Hell if we're gonna be telling stories about international help for customer service, I have a few stories.. None of them are that great.
We used to employ GMs from India and there was an EQ2 ticket about this like.. level 20 player accidentally sold their crap low level armor to a vendor and asked for it back. India pulls this ticket and instead of giving them back this armor piece, they give them some rare level 80 item that is completely unrelated to what the guy asked for. Guy replies back not even knowing what it is and is like "uh thanks? but wheres my armor". Thought that was funny.
Also, we used IRC to talk with them but they were 24/7 so sometimes I'd leave my IRC up overnight and I found this conversation one time when I got back. Aww India GM fight.

CS is a minefield of fantastic stories.
Not so much funny, but one of my supervisors was a total retard.
Her idea of work was shifting emails to other departments for "reference" and/or "advice" whenever she didn't have a clue what auto-response to use.
These then got pushed back in bulk to us, pushing out ticket numbers up by hundreds at a time because they didn't belong in the other boxes.
Bitch got everything wrong and when I got put on her shift I'd go out of my way to correct her on everything. Even going as far as waiting for her to "advise" someone on what to do then immediately telling them to do something totally different as soon as she finished talking and telling her why she was wrong.
To this day we don't know whose dick she sucked to get that position but she must give one hell of a blowjob.
It was pretty amusing seeing the TL on shift being ignored by most all of the staff because they're asking the dude who'se been there 2 months for advice instead.
It'd be easier to share stories if this was about customers. Night shift was relatively idiot free in our office.
