China Servers Down?

Computer froze and went to get back on only to find out I couldnt select the first server from the list. Out of the 15 or so only 4 or so can be selected. Is there maintenance or something? Halpppp.

And much hate for the NA Aion beta's that have numbers over all your stats, lucky bastards. On top of getting cooler looking armor it seems.

Well almost all of use are China Region 2 so you should join us on top of I am playing on it right now :D

That region is probably down for the patch but I could be wrong.

Ohhhh I get it now, read the other topic that only servers 3 5 8 and 10 got updated to 1.2. So...no word on when the others are coming back up? I'm pretty sure I downloaded the new patch, but uh...yeah. :/

I think I'm on the Ascalon Server, Central China. I had another account but uninstalled the game, which deleted my character I guess. That, or I just cant find it lol

Downloaded the thing in there that worked for others and I can pick the first server again, but its download some files on the launcher itself now so only time will tell. Stay tuned!

nothing will be diff from the korean version, only reason the NA version will be diff from the China is is that we will have 1.5 before them. And there is no special armor between regions, its all the same

You can't play on a region that's running a diff client version from you. Some people are updating sooner to play on Region 10 (I think). But I would assume the client will automatically update you when it hit's the region you sign onto, so you shouldn't need to do anything. Though I may be wrong on the client updating itself on your end

The client will update you to 1.2 when your region is updated, but they are telling everyone to download it ahead of time and wait ti install the update until their region is upgraded. This pushback on the upgrading is because people didn't download the update prior and now the people on those 3 regions that did get updated are letting the launcher do it which is fucking SDO up sideways.

Download the 1.2 torrent for all regions and let it sit on your pc until they say your region is upgraded.

The original post on AS said it was TBD. Too early today for me to find any info lol.

They mad an announcement that they will start upgrading again on monday morning at 8, so 8pm EDT. They listed 2 regions to start with in the translation I read on AS and neither of them are R2. Not sure when we'll get it, but next week early looks probable. They have done some work to expand their update bandwidth recently. If you don't already have the 1.2 patch and the english patch,
