Dyna runs twice weekly, 6.30pm GMT start on Monday, slightly later on Thursdays. Mix of cities, northland, Dyna Lord, and CoP zones. Since starting dyna with these guys I've come to really enjoy dynamis, though don't apply if you can't handle a little criticism.
