    Computer issues!

So recently I've been having a lot of troubles with my main computer. But before I say anything:

SMART says both HDD's are fine
Chkdsk runs fine and completes with no errors
    Memtest passes with no issues
Both onboard and my real video card have the same problem so its neither of them.
Monitor is not the problem as I've been using it for 2 hours with no issues now (Hooked up to my laptop).

    Anyway on to the problem:
Basically whats going on is my computers monitor will turn off as if the computers screensaver has started but when I move the mouse it will not wake up... Then when I restart things will star to "POST" the lights on the cdroms will flash same with the floppy drive and the monitor will not come on however I do get a green post light on the board itself but no post beep because the computer has no case speaker hooked up to it. After I shut off the power supply and hit power then turn the power supply back on and hit power and it will SOMETIMES work like its supposed to but most of the time it will not.

Now to continue when it did boot the last 5 times it blue screened with IRQL not less or equal, Memory manager error etc. After I got it to boot after that I memtested it and nothing errored.

I'm thinking the board is toast which upsets me because I got it 2 months ago.

Anyone confirm that its the board or tell me what could be wrong?

I'm leaning towards a power supply issue myself, can you test it elsewhere? Also maybe reduce the number of cards you have and such.

I was thinking that too but all the rails are reading normal in the BIOS.
