Spellcast XMLs {please assist}

I quit over a year and a half ago and during a rage clean up of my desktop i deleted windower folder which included my XMLs for BLM and RDM.

I can't play BLM and RDM w/o spellcast anymore without remaking shit loads of macros. I need some XML files that i can edit to my gear set up.

Anyone can let me download their own XML and theni can edit my gear in?

Also does anyone else's Windower(V.3.4.2) crash when alt tabbing? happened 4 times yesterday >.<

actually there's i think like an 8-page thread or so dedicated to this sort of thing. check the last couple pages of bg advanced and you should be able to find it
