Closer inspection of a photo of Sarah Palin, during a speech in which she mocked President Obama for his use of a teleprompter, reveals several notes written on her left hand. The words "Energy", "Tax" and "Lift American Spirits" are clearly visible. There's also what appears to read as "Budget cuts" with the word Budget crossed out.

Final Thoughts:

Just to be clear: The notes most likely weren't for her speech, for which she used prepared remarks, but for the Q&A session that followed, during which she glanced at the hand in question.

But in my opinion that's even worse.

There were no specifics on there, just general concepts and things she supports.

The takeaway is that this presidential contender apparently can't remember her supposed core principles and needs a cheat-sheet when simply asked about her beliefs.

During the Q&A following her speech at the Tea Party Convention, Ms. Palin appeared to read from her hand in answering.

Crib Notes? This potential presidential candidate and "movement" leader was using crib notes to answer basic questions?

This would mean:

A) That she knew the questions beforehand and the whole thing was a farce. (Likely.)

and

B) That she still couldn't answer the previously agreed-upon questions without a little extra help.

If true, this is supremely rich coming immediately after a speech in which Palin took a shot at President Obama for using a teleprompter to read his prepared speeches.

You can bet that the President wasn't reading scribbles off his extremities while he sparred with Republicans and Democrats in an unscripted format in his recent Q&As.

Palin, on the other hand, seems to need a cheat-sheet just to get through a contrived lovefest with a smitten interviewer and an adoring audience.

I'm no fan of the Tea Party movement - if it can be called such - but if this is their leader I actually sympathize with them.

What a hypocrite lol, first she mocks Barack about using a teleprompter (which most Presidents use btw, who has the time to memorize every speech that they write/help write and edit???)

Hell even Reagan used index cards, Bush used Papers, but all in all you only need notes and such during speeches, NOT during Q&A's...obviously she knew the questions ahead of time, and the notes on her hand were for aiding her in remembering her responses...

Barack just owned Republicans in Baltimore last week in a Q&A off the top of his head, and she can't answer questions from her own fellow teabaggers without notes ON HER HAND LOL? Alot of supporters on twitter were also angry at her on twitter because of how she mocked Obama then basically had the same hypocritical vintage moment here...not to mention during a Q&A LOL!!!

BTW this chick has no chance man, she can't even draw in minority groups with her rhetoric. The people at the teabagger protests are like 98% white. The other 2% is just Uncle Ruckus type people. They hold up signs with Barack as an African witch Doctor, as Hitler, as the "Socialism" Joker, and a bunch of other shit. The census this year will also tell us how much of a majority white make up in America btw, right now we know its 50%+, but who knows what it is after this year's census. I guarantee you, if Barack Obama is able to:

end the Afghan War,

have no terrorist attacks (by having stable National Security),

pass a modified bipartisan health "insurance" reform instead of full-scale health care,

lower unemployment rate from 9.7% to like 7.5% (recently down from 10.1% last month),

implement new Green Energy jobs,

start building the trans-continental magnetic high-speed train,

amend Palestinian-Israeli relations a little,

continue to prevent global nuclear weapon proliferation(especially Russia and Iran),

begin reducing the deficit made by Bush,

and start paying back the debt owed to China,

begins Immigration Reform,

Kills/Captures Osama Bin Laden,

Education Reform,

etc, he'll beat any candidate (including Sarah Palin) that the GOP has to offer.
