Lower east side, saint marks, the village. Tons of bars and lounges, most without a cover charge. You can just walk around those areas and bar hop around.

If you're looking for a big ole dance club, head to the meat packing district. But unless you are rolling with a bunch of bitches, you're gonna have to get bottle service to get in. at least 200 bucks.

Go to Vegas and tell me that shits not more expensive. ASIDE from getting free drinks while gambling, everything everywhere else is fucking expensive as shit. I think we went to one club and the guys' upfront to get in was 100$? Women get in for free/cheap. Specially if you look good, but yea. Then inside drinks are nooooooooooooot cheap. + some of the most expensive stores anywhere ever.

And then you get drunk and have to take a taxi because there's no public transport, which if you use in NYC saves a ton of money. I also say that Vegas is "the city that never sleeps" because it literally doesn't. NYC actually does shut down for a few hours.

NYC? NYC can be done properly and not expensive as fuck, and yes in the city. That being said, I don't partay so I can't really help you there. About the pregaming, yes do it. Drinks are still expensive in the city. I got to a little bar in Queens where the drinks are cheap and potent. Is amazing, and then I can stumble home~
