Greeting BG techno Gurus...

I've been having trouble with my computer which seems to only occur when i am playing wow. I have the good fortune of being able to play at work (Civil Engineering Firm) and I usually play wow and alt - tab between my work (autocad 2010) , internet (BG forums fo life), and a windowd session of wow. there are 2 common errors that occur when i do this.

1. When i am alt tabing wows text (this includes character titles , icon text, ui text, menu text) disppears. I have to reboot in order to bring it back
2. Wow freezes my computer. frozen screen (no blue screen of doom) followed by my computer rebooting itself after 2 beeping sounds.

Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.4gGHz 8.0GB RAM
Windows XP Professional (Service Pack 2) 64bit edition
(2) Nvidia GEforce 8800 GTX only using one monitor atm but i have 2 video cards installed.
