anyone done this before? I'm currently in the process of it, and I'm hoping everything is going to work out fine... one of the raptors in my computer died (i was running 2 raptors in raid0 for my OS drive) luckily these come with 5 year warranties, so i shipped it back, they apparently got it today and its in the "received" status so i'm hoping everything is going to work out, the only thing im worried about really is that the people at the ups store may not have packed it to WD's exact "ship it like this or you void your warranty" specifications, so has anyone dealt with WD or any other company in a similar scenario?
