Has anyone here rolled back their account? I have a couple questions

I just submitted my account to be rolled back. Is it ok to send SE two separate Emails one with the form and one with the Photo ID because the file sizes were too big to send both at once? Any other information about rolling back would be appreciated :D

bug the shit out of the crappy support center. my rollback was denied after i was hacked because i "waited too long" even though i was waiting on them to finish investigating... shitty service at its finest.

I didn't have to submit any forms. I logged in naked on a different server, I called support, they locked/investigated and I agreed that if they find it to be a hacking they will roll the account back. A month later I got an email saying they concluded it was a hacking and rolled the account back. I had to call to obtain my new PW and logged into everything back except for W legs since I hadn't logged out between getting the drop and being hacked.

No no, I'm not recalling it after somebody stole/bought it. I got hacked, they took all my money items (HQ staves, Osode, Sorc ring.) I'm trying to get the account rolled back similar to a system restore. Back to the date before I got hacked so I would still have all of my items.

convert the photo ID into a jpeg and convert the form into a jpeg and send it back in, shouldnt be too big that way

They saved as jpegs. the form was 745.1 KB and the ID was 250.1 KB. the maximum file size is 800KB

What email are you sending them through? I sent it through hotmail and it went just fine.

I'm using Hotmail as well. I sent them together and I kept getting the error email back saying it was unable to send. But when I sent them as two separate emails it worked fine. I don't want to shrink the image size and reduce legibility, but I'm not sure what to do :/

I tried to sell my crap but got jacked cuz im a retard so I had to reroll and get my shit back etc. Usually takes like 2 weeks for them to get around to restoring everything from the time you send the form/photoID in

Pretty sure I just scanned my photo-id onto the form and sent that in as a single attachment. But yeah, I gave them pretty much the time within a 3 hour window of when I got hacked and still got rolled back a month. It also took them about 3 weeks to get it rolled back after saying they confirmed it to be hacked, and then took me an additional 6 months to get my $25 world transfer refund. Good luck, lol.
