    Adding to what Shiro said, eat yogurt. I eat at the least 2 cups a day. The bacteria in the yogurt keeps you constipated. Light & Fit from dannon. Has chopped fruit in it and an assortment of orgasmic flavors.

    As long as it is live culture, it should get your intestines to a happy middle ground.
    There's a good reason that yogurt is recommended when you're on an antiobiotic regimen, or some other drug that otherwise fucks with your bowels.

    You're going to need to eat more yogurt. One cup isn't going enough. Try 2 or 3. You could have a bug I guess, tacobell.

    Seriously, though, you're fat as shit. I don't believe for a second you even like the smell of broccoli let alone eat chicken that isn't deep fried.

    It's probably just norovirus or rotavirus then. If it keeps going for much longer or gets worse, you should get it checked out.
