Bought my laptop a little over a month ago. Has Windows 7 64bit.

It loads up Launcher.exe fine for the 1st one, but whenever I try to open up a 2nd Launcher.exe it'll give me the little loading symbol on my mouse but never load up. I've tried changing the Service packs, but it didn't seem to do anything. Also tried loading up FFXI through regular POL but it would give the same problem. Any suggestions on what I can do to fix this? I really wanna dualbox my mule. :/
