Weird Video Problem

Seeing some strange artifacts on video playbacks. This doesn't occur when I play files on my PC just on streaming sites. I checked file extensions but they don't lead to anything conclusive as the error seams widespread. Doesn't happen in any games so I haven't jumped to the likely "video card ram" issue.

First time I've encountered something like this so thought I'd ask. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

The issue IS graphics card related... Just having issues figuring out whether or not its ATI's drivers or the card itself at this point. The problem isn't there when I let windows install shitty stock drivers. ;(

FIXED.

It wasn't a a problem with the graphics card. The new ATI drivers has a new hardware acceleration setting for Flash videos. It comes with it enabled by default. Turned it off by right clicking on the videos and changing the settings in Flash. phew...

Its an issue with 5800 series cards and the new drivers.
