i've been waiting for this. ya dnc head is not an option from the npc in abyssea-vunkerl. dunno whats up with tiamat. seemed the same to me.

Vigil (Nyzul Isle) weapons gave off full Aftermath effects when Nyzul WSes were used. Just needed to use weapon in main hand -- probably a bug that occurred when the new WSes/Relic-1 were added.
