Lying in bed and it felt like balls got spun around, i think nothing of it as it sometimes happens when its really hot and im lying weird. All of a sudden sharp pains out of fucking nowhere and it feels like my vas deferens snapped or is something i don't know i'm covered in sweat and i just vomited in the shower and the pain just keeps getting sharper and if i try to touch it, i feel like vomiting. wtf is going on? All i know about testicular torsion is from what i learned in venture brothers. Is this something that i can suck up until tomorrow morning when i can find my insurance card or do i need to go to ER now?

Also any help on other possible things this could be would be great as i am really hoping i just somehow kicked myself without noticing and this isn't something serious.

Could be a muscle spasming. Take a gentle warm bath. If that doesn't help I dunno.

Oh, this actually kinda reminds me of something my friend went through. The tube that came from his kidney was all fucked up and he'd get pain like that from time to time. He saw a doctor about it eventually and that's when they figured out what it was. They had to correct it by attacking some kind of stint on it while the tissue grew around it or something weird like that. Ended up pulling it out through his dick.
