Generally speaking, any items that fall into the following categories cannot be delivered.

Very excited by this. My mules have a few items from old events (most notably Pitchfork) that I don't have on my main that I want; and one of my mules has a Faith Torque from the last Mog Lottery which my main does not have, and I do not see these items in the list, so I am very excited and happy.

Back in the day some assholes organized a DOS attack on the servers via spamming the delivery system so I doubt we'd ever get to lose the wait.
