Shiro my squats have gone to complete shit i have no idea what im doing wrong anymore, it's like a switch flipped and now my knee feels like it wants to pop every single time my knee's buckle and my back caves in somewhat when i drive up. I was doing 215 with good form, and now i dropped down to 135 to figure out what was wrong and im struggling at 135 i have no fucking idea whats going on. It's like my body just said fuck squats all at once.
