Similar to last year, you will need a member ID in order to purchase a badge. If you haven't obtained a Member ID, make sure you do so before February 12th, as they will close off new Member ID registrations. The link to purchase badges will be sent out in emails only.
The pricing is as follows
Code:Adult Child Military/Senior 4-DAY WITH Preview Night $175 $87 $87 4-DAY WITHOUT Preview Night $150 $75 $75 SINGLE DAY Thurs - Sat $42 $21 $21 SINGLE DAY Sunday $24 $12 $12
Details on badge registration can be found here: http://www.comic-con.org/cci/2013-badge-purchase
Hotels have already been booked up in the areas around the Convention Center as of the end of July this year. I believe that Comic Con booked all of the hotels through a 3rd party to be released when they do their hotel registration for 2013.
If you don't want to pay to go to Comic Con you can always sign up for the Volunteer Program. You can volunteer all 4 days and basically get in for free. The catch is that a volunteer shift is 3 hours and is based on when you show up to check in that day since they choose the time and the assignment.
Volunteer Registration should open this month (February) and an email will be sent out to everyone with a Member ID. Those who completed a shift during Comic Con 2012 will receive priority over new volunteers who would like to register.
