Where Do I Download Seekers if I Ordered from SE??

I keep hearing from my friends that chose the high ground and ordered from Amazon about how they can download the expansion (or the collector's ed) from the site already. I got an email with my code already. SE says in the email to check this findmyorder.com nonsense, so I do. There, it tells me to use the "code above" to redeem for Loyalty Points, but nothing about downloading. Below that is a link on how to activate it and get going. Great! Right? I go there, which is the page on the SE shopping site and I hit the Activate tab.

1. Download the FINAL FANTASY XI: Ultimate Collection Seekers Edition PC Digital Download files.

Square Enix be trolling, yo! No explanation, no link, nothing.


EDIT: Oh, and I already activated my code in the Account Management System. Nothing changed, other than that it DCed me from the game and told me I can't access expansion content without downloading the expansion. Go figure. And, yes, I realize I wouldn't be able to access it yet anyway.

In the same boat but I got one from Amazon as well (3 characters to register anyway) and of course the Amazon one is just fine but not sure if I'll get loyalty points from them. For SE same as you, got the registration code from SE but can't download and I don't see the loyalty points either

I've never used the SE store prior to this but don't you need to register the game with your SE store account too for the points?

Hijacking thread, but has anyone recieved email from digital rivers that sends only TWO codes per order? I pre-ordered 2 copies but I end up getting only 4 keys total... and the 2nd code of each only has groups of 4 as opposed to the expansion activation's group of 5.

Still wondering what it's for. When I tried to enter it, it comes up invalid.

EDIT: Ok nevermind -_- it's just the unlock code for SE site.

Well, has anyone gotten the chocobo t-shirt code and destrier code from digital rivers yet? The email has sent me neither, and I pre-ordered it last month.
