    Graphics Card Suggestions

    Looking to upgrade my 2x ATI Radeon HD 5670 as I've had them for about 3 years now and i'm sure something better is available. Mainly for gaming (Sc2, FF14 etc)

    Budget is about £300 maybe £400 at a push, if anyone has any suggestions i'm all ears

    At that price if you've got good cooling then the Ati Radeon R9-290 should do you good. Depending on which report you read it basically is a Nvidia Titan.

    Given the price and target of the Titan then comparing it to the GTX 780 would be much fairer The problem with AMD cards is that they are still all out of stock and/or expensive due to the mining crowd buying up everything.

    GTX 770 is £250~ or GTX 780 £380~, R9-280X is £220~ and R9-290 is £300~ but the reference cooler is awful and non-reference designs are only just being announced, what CPU/MB and PSU do you have?

    CPU is an i7 920 (2.6Ghz, 8MB cache) not sure what PSU I have ill have to check when I get home. PC is liquid cooled
