Dynamis-Buburimu experience

Hehe our ls had some fun last night trying one of the new dynamis'.

Here is what we know so far:

1. No subjobs

2. Have to have all other dynamis clears before entering this one

3. There are dragons like the shadow dragon in Xarcabard- 1 of which can use every 2 hour imaginable. SE might have taken out Absoulute Virtue but they left this. Stay away from the Apocolyptic Beast, lol.

4. All currency can drop, WAR mufflers dropped, and exp scrolls dropped

5. Orc, Quadavs, Goblins, and the dragons are what we saw

6. One dragon uses dispelga every 10 seconds, don't waste your rr hairpins ><

The regular mobs seemed similar to the usual dynamis, except no subjobs was challenging. We kited mobs in a big circle and picked them off.

The dragons are very hard, each one seems different and that one >< was insane. I think 1 of them was hitting us for like 800-1000hp.

IMO this dynamis was harder than any other one's, not sure about Quiffim or Valkrum yet.

Initial reports from the other two new Dynamis zones seem to indicate that you just need to be on/past Chapter 4 of the CoP Missions to enter. Old Dynamis zone wins weren't required to enter Valkurm or Qufim. Maybe Sheeba is wrong.

Huh? All other dynamis zones cleared? This means you can't do it if you don't have Dynamis - Xarcabard clear?

which route did you end up going?? my group plans to go tonight also and if possible would like to go a different path so we can give more info about bub pens

In the zone now (w/ senseless) just fought/killed a shado dragon, hit for 4-800ish, 900 crit on senseless (who is a PLD), didnt drop anything or give ext.. immune to grav/resistant tomagic/resitant to elegy/etc...

We headed east towards the lighthouse. Lots of Yagudo stones. A total of 4 NMs (SMN, BRD, MNK, and NIN NMs). Lots of nasty pulls where stones popped mobs behind them to cause big links.

Have yet to find a time extend, although War AF2 Gloves and Cleric's Cap dropped.

That leads me to beleive my theory, that every zone is a City Mixed with jeuno (Af2 wise).

Dynamis Valk so far has been linked with Windy for AF2's, but nobody's gotten any Dynamis-Quf af2 yet, my run dropped nothing, im only assuming from now it's bastok.

However I could be wrong, maybe it's an entirley new mix of af2.

last 2 min we finally killed a few mobs(after getting our subjobs back) and got rdm gloves in the last 2 min, quick passing and homepoints made it possible to get the proper person his AF with like 2 seconds to spare. dyna bub pens is fun as hell though, fucking scary ass hell dragons left right and center.

Ok, access was what I meant not clear. But I do have Xarcabard access>< Oh and it may be you need to be so far, maybe past Diabolos in COP to enter. We had a MNK that is not passed all the promies and he could not enter, but he does not have Xarcabard ACCESS either, so confusing to figure out why he couldn't enter.

Oh and we took NE kinda route sort of, just started by going up the middle.

JP forum rumors say that there may be ??? you can find to recover your subjob too.

You can get SJ back by having someine flee up north and check a ???.

I don't think you need X access to enter... But you do need to be past Diabolos ^^; :wink:

In it now with my ls. Don't need X cleared, you get sj back by going to the bard statue place thing.

we pulled 1 statue causing a billion quadavs to pop. we got owned in the face lol.

Same here. It definitely seems like you just need the pso'xja section of chapter 3 cleared to enter.

We killed the dragon down on the south beach without -too- much difficulty (one war death). It spammed AOE gravity on us so kiting would have been tough. We had mages at the top of the hill leading to the beach and melee at the bottom, thf tricked onto our nins/plds and we were good to go. There were times that it seemed like the dragon would do a throat stabby type move but I can't verify that for certain, it could have just been hitting for a lot of dmg. But both mages and tanks were occasionally getting hit for a lot of dmg but not dying, which is why I thought it was a move similar to throat stab. My filters kept me from seeing much though, I wish I had left them off ; ;

We took the road NW from mhaura after that pretty much, first pulls were goblin statues (4 or 5 of them in a cluster). We tried to just pull one but the gobs popped in a line going back into the other ones so they all popped. It was messy XD Kinda sucks pulling there though because the other two dragons (apocalyptic and another one whose name starts with T I think) kept walking closeby. They don't seem to have a large aggro range though.

So... I've heard no one say they've gotten time extension yet, most are saying they aren't getting extensions. The few coin counts I've heard have been pathetically small. The AF2 drops seem to be on the low side with the most I've heard in one run being 2 so far, and no northlands AF only random mixes of the 4 cities, and AF-1 and capes/belts being quite rare, like 0-1.

Ugh.

These zones need to literally rain coin and northlands AF and they obviously don't.

We're doing one of them on Saturday. Hopefully we'll go with a full 36 into one and pillage and loot and burn and do unspeakable acts to the zone. It's going to be pretty damn sad compared to existing dynamis zones if we don't end up coming out with at least 400 coins and 12 AF2 though. And I know already that that probably isn't even possible.
