COR Flag Quest

Anyone got step-by-step info on where and how to do this quest?
I read from the .DAT's that The quest is called "Luck of the Draw" and is given by Ratihb (Shararat Teahouse, Aht Urhgan Whitegate)

Except its really hard to understand where you need to go, and who you need to speak to from the .dats.

I talked to that guy, got a CS, and now he wants me to talk to his young son... who is not in the main city, I've done Wide Scan sweeps of both zones.

Go to the east gate and talk to a guard, he gives you a CS for the quest. Upon talking to him after he says go to Arrapago Reef.

You take the boat to Nashmau then north exit to Cadevra Mine to get to the reef. The Puppetmaster quest has you go there so we flagged both, on our way to the reef now to try and figure out where Corsair is there.

Found the Arrablah blah Reef and LOST AS ALL HELL.

Found IT mobs and it seems like a SSG. (read: Sucks ass)

Hmm.. This quest was intended for Level 30's to be able to Unlock. Maybe you guys are in the wrong location?

I'd check myself, but all the stores here were loaded with xbox360/ps2 expans but had no PC expansions.

The same can be said for Puppetmaster, which is in this same zone with DC true sight mobs right by its finishing ???

Well I think the cove may be connected to the reef but no fucking idea how to get there and puppetmaster is retardedly easy compared to this shit.

I ran as far north as I possibly could and found a ton of IT Bellydancers, a large and completely empty circular cave at the end of a hallway and this;

Found Talacaa Cove East of Nashmau

Took North Exit of Nashmau, went to I-6, found the Reef. Got to 2nd ship at I-9 and talked to ??? for CS. Now is sending me for an item to prove myself an Talacca Cove. Gunna head there, no idea wat i need though.

First on server, easy--

Assuming you've found and talked to all the NPCs--

Go north exit Caederva work your way to Arrapago reef, get key to iron gate, hug left wall, go through gate, check boat. Escape, Go back to Namshu, exit town from west, from there head west, due north and find zone to Talacca cove-

It's north of the lil graveyard, there. Zone in, follow west side until you come across a rock ???, examine, recieve hexagun key item-- Go into cave to your left, follow, and examine rock.

Unlocks Corsair job, and gives you first die. Corsair's Die.
