Goblin Drink, Found It!

I got it as a free gift from a NPC in the Hostel, the effect vanishes once you leave the zone and I can't find any stat boost or drop.

Temp items, such as those received in the Hostel, in Assault, or in Ballista, are just that--temporary. People reported receiving it at the Hostel right after ToAU was released, but I'm not going to hold that against you. However, saying you got it as a temp item at the hostel doesn't tell us anything about the non-temporary goblin drink so even if it weren't OFN, it doesn't merit creating a new topic about it.
