Need Help!

Alright, so I finally broke down and bought the PC version of Oblivion, now, I just installed it onto my desktop computer, and now I'd like to put it onto my laptop. But, whenever I put in the disk, nothing happens. Nothing comes up, I went into control panel and tried to manually run it but nothing happens... help appreciated! :D

Are you putting in disc 1? (if its multi disk?) Is it a DVD Rom Drive if the games on DVD (i think it was?)?

Yep it was DVD ROM, and I have a DVD ROM drive XD

With it in the drive in my computer does it show the Disc as there? for example your D: Drive (or whatever your DVD drive label is) has something Oblivion related? Does your drive read other disks when you put them in?

Yes, It shows the Oblivion Icon, and it also reads other disks XD

Weird :/ Tried rebooting your laptop and trying to install again? Is your laptop windows XP or something earlier?

I've never touched Media Edition lol>.<;; I really have no idea if its not doing anything when you insert the disk... try this though goto My Computer > *whatever your DVD Rom Drive is* > Right Click > Explore > try to find an install or setup or something along those lines and double clicking it to run from there... (unless you've already tried this>.>)

Was there nothing in the CD folder? Or was there content?

You can try to Right-Click > Autoplay.

If all else fails: reboot > spam F8 > go into Safe Mode > and see if it works.

If it doesn't work in safe mode, I really don't know what to say.
