Temporary Suspension of the World Transfer Service (Jun. 23)

We have confirmed an issue with the World Transfer Service that can cause characters to not be correctly transferred. We have also confirmed due to this issue that there are cases where new characters may not be created. For these reasons, we are temporarily suspending the World Transfer Service.

Currently, we are investigating to find the cause of the issue and working to correct it. New updates will follow as additional information becomes available.

If you had an issue with the World Transfer Service, we ask you to please contact a Game Master (GM) or the Information Center after the service has been reinstated to complete the transfer.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and ask for your cooperation in this matter.

I don't really know much at all about what's involved in the process, but I'm fairly sure that it's more complicated than that.

I don't really know much at all about what's involved in the process, but I'm fairly sure that it's more complicated than that.

It can't be all that complicated, GMs can move themselves and you to any server, just like that.

From other games how characters are saved is that when they are made they have a .dat file(however this is on a smaller scale like a 32 bit rpg). For a bigger game maybe at the size of this scale i'd assume each character has a folder. All they have to do is cut the folder and put it in a different server and vwala. Another way is there could be a variable on you're character that just gets editing to determine which server you will log on in if this is the case this would be harder to mess up unless your mentally retarded. Some idiot just put it to the wrong server its not that hard.

Uhh, I doubt characters are stored in any sort of "folder." They are probably entries within a database..........................
