Because I sure as fuck can't figure it out. What happened to 100% drop rates on virtue weapons? It's bad enough that the torque is rapidly approaching piss-me-off drop rate, but this... this is just downright cruel.

pretty sure the "If everybody has it, it wont drop" sort of thing is bullshit, then again I could be wrong, but it doesnt work that way with some other rare ex items at least.

No because i camped Tyrannik Tunnok dual boxing it with a whm support, after we both got the 100% axe that drops from him, never dropped again.

Well, Dynamis Lord has been known to drop not even a 100 currency before sooooo same concept applies here maybe? 100 currency off DLord and weapons off Jailers are not 100% drop rate but are, in fact, a 99.99% drop rate? lol
Best I can come up with, because if everyone had a weapon, it would still drop, but would be lost in the treasure pool.

Wouldn't make any sense in this context. People have killed way more jailors than DLs, think we would have seen more of this

No it wouldn't. Go camp Tyrannik Tunnok, get everyone in alliance axe (for me it was nin(me) and whm(me). Next 10 kills no axe. I drop the axe off the whm, next kill, axe. Unless the game just loves to fuck with me...

Difference with DL is that slot is a 33/33/33 for 100byne/Msilver/Ljade, leaving 1% open. Jailer has either weapon or nothing, so I'm gonna go with people previously having the weapon already.

Usable rare/ex (items that appear yellow in your inventory) will drop no matter what, such as keys, and mandy buds.

Unusable rare/ex (items that appear white in your inventory) will not drop if everyone has it.

most likely answering no to the question of is it 100%? some people just like to toss those 2 cents in before anyone else can, right or wrong you got a 50/50 shot, even then u can twist it to make you look like you were the smarter one. smart, s-m-r-t
