At the following time, we will be performing maintenance on all Worlds. During this period, FINAL FANTASY XI will be unavailable.

We ask that players who are scheduled to enter Assault or Salvage areas, Dynamis or Limbus at the time of the maintenance wait until it is complete before entering. Please note that we cannot replace items that are lost during the maintenance process.

* The client software will also be updated at this time. Once this maintenance is completed, the client update will start automatically after logging back into FINAL FANTASY XI. Please follow the instructions that appear on your screen.

Weird thing is several people in our LS predicted this yesterday. HNM begins to enter our time zone and we laffed saying emergency maint.

Perhaps investigating Taj's exploit turned up a few more holes that needed to be closed. Including stuff that required server down time.

Perhaps SE is changing the spawn points for 5-6 Tigers/Orcs in Batilla Downs. Having a few aggro mobs roaming the cliff areas would do good things to the RMT Fishbot armies.

1) That was in reference to "HNM will never enter EU time zones". You know, the post directly above.
2) You hadn't posted in the thread yet. Why would something I said that does not use the words 'Canadian' or 'Nynja' be about you?
3) Taj's fun, if it is in fact the cause of the maintenance, was worth it.

No because a bunch of would be's are gonna find out that hey, he wouldnt tell the GM how to do it if he couldnt find another way to do it. If that's the case, giving any other people a hint would probably be a bad idea.

Or he might not care at all, this could probably gank any and all chances that any people who would do this will be unable to and the other ways around this are entirely unrelated.

I honestly don't think you'd be saying the same if it was your console crashing a dozen times repeatedly. Sure give credit where it's due, taj is an incredibly smart person (wardrobe alone should tell you that he has an understanding of the [poor] coding of this game far beyond the normal player's) but christ why not offer him a reacharound while youre at it.

Trust me that wouldnt stop him for even a second. The only things stopping him from bringing entire servers to theirs knees are that he's genuinely not a malicious (extremely mischievous at times) person and that he gets bored easily.
