Lou Dobbs is cooler than Stephen Colbert and John Steward

Seriously, he is awesome, even if he isn't a comedian. All this "so-and-so comedian" should run for president is nonsense, when there is Lou Dobbs around. No Bush-basher compares, and he isn't even one of those left-sheep weaklings. Screw illegal aliens, this administration, celebrity worship, cooperations, and political parties.

If Colbert is a parody of O'Reily, then Steward is a softcore version of Lou Dobbs.

    LOU DOBBS. BELIEVE IT.

Lou Dobbs is a moron. All he does is look at opinion polls, see what people want, and then rant about it. He's just as bad as every other politician, maybe even worse because he's supposedly a journalist.

Lou Dobbs does not look at opinion pools, he just has common sense. Failing education system, outsourcing American jobs, the rise of China as an economic super-power, trade defects- all things that should concern us as a nation but no one seems to care about, he talks about them anyway.

Indeed. Instead of just bashing Bush, he goes after everyone and is explicit on why.

I'm entirely indifferent with Wolf Blitzer and pretty much the rest of the group there. Larry King is annoying... practically celebrity talk show, but I guess thats what it is.

Don't worry, he thought it was Mr. Brennet, too. It's a chronic illness.

An illness because I can't spell people's last names? My, my, get creative why don't you.

Yes, I like Bill Maher, he's pretty good too. I can't believe they took off his show. If I recall correctly, he got a new show on HBO(or Showtime?), either way I'm screwed because I don't have access to it.

Bill Maher does have a new show on HBO, though I can't recall the title.

After seeing Lou Dobbs and Cooper i stopped watching MSNBC. CNN is a lot better.

I still try and watch the other news channels every now and then to see what the others are saying. And ya Puala Zhan or however you spell her name is annoying as fuck.

The other night I turned to lolFox for a bit and their ancor was saying the rich pay too many taxes already.

On Paula Zahn, They were talking about how blacks feel about the possibility of a black president. Two guys were saying it shouldn't matter what the race of the president is, but Zahn wouldn't have any of that. I can't watch that dumbass.

Anderson Cooper needs to just go work for People Magazine since he loves to do infotainment pieces anymore. It's a shame, he looked like he wanted to be a serious journalist before Katrina, after that his show degraded into fluff and nonsense.

But AC 360 was always a knock off of Countdown with Keith Olbermann.

You do realize that the top 25% of wage earners pay 83.88% of the total federal income tax, the top 50% pay 96.54%, The Top 1% pay 34.27%.

LolFoxNews might be a bunch on Nazis, but i think the anchor might have a point in this case

Problem with that argument is the Top 1% still make 3000% (being generous, probably a lot more than this) more money than your average American household with 2.5 children.

Let's say you increased the tax rate someone in a particular bracket had to pay by 1%, and that it would cost them an extra $100k. That's a fuckton of money for you and me, but for them, it's likely to be chump change.

Not to mention the tax writeoffs the wealthy have access to because they have the means to hire numerous attorneys to find tax exemptions which they can exploit.
