Ix'Drg

Hi all, had a question on Ix'Drg, did a search, couldn't find what I was looking for. Question is: can anyone verify that he can pop in either the NE or the NW rooms? The wiki map (http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org/Image:RuHmetNM-L2.jpg) shows that it can pop in any of the four corner rooms.

The reason I ask is because when my LS manaburns for it we usually stick to the NE and NW rooms to max our xp (just port back & forth), but at least the last 3 ix'drgs we've actually popped have come from the SE or the SW rooms. Above and beyond that, I've done many a manaburn in the NE/NW area with no pop. So I'm a little worried that maybe SE decided to nerf this xp spot even further (removing the infinite smns wasn't bad enough) by making it so that you have to farm the less xp-effective area in order to get the pop.

I fully understand that I might just be being paranoid here, given that it is a truth that popping ix'drg sucks regardless, hence I'm asking in the noob section. Anybody that can verify a NE or NW pop since the last update would set my mind at ease.

Also, as a sidenote-I read somewhere that ix'drg doesn't aggro upon pop. However, the last one we got ran up and owned my face before we even realized it was up. So I'm a little skeptical about that too.

Havent popped it since maint, cant help you with your first question

Ix'drg will always aggro if you are in range when it pop (anywhere down the ramp usually mean you're close enough to aggro). It's similar to how aern aggro after they reraise only if you are close to where they died.
