    Piercing damage sword

Hey, is Joyeuse the only piercing damage sword or is there others?

Just wondering since I find myself fighting alot of birds lately with my now 61 pld. This question is for all swords not just the ones under lvl70 since I'm just curious.

Although any rapier style sword is piercing damage, I believe all swords are slashing damage on WS.

I'm pretty sure it's true, I know it applies to GK, i.e. that one which is blunt damage does not do blunt on WS, so I assumed the same applied to swords.

My Wise Wizard's Bilbo (<3) hits for 0 on crabs in Limbus. ; ; I thought Bilbo's were considered rapiers for piercing?

I thought that Tutelary was blunt-type damage despite being a rapier.

When i was using a Coliemarche or whichever is that level 65 rapier is with additional effect: darkness damage, i was hitting for 0 on the crabs on Apollyon so i don't think all rapiers are piercing. Granted, this was around a year ago so I could be wrong

Hmm might be...I never used one but, it was the first rapier style sword that popped into my head Thanks Ouryu..

I have a whole crap load on my mules I can try later tonight!

Ninja Edit: Well the Coliearmarche or whatever too eh?
I guess that a rapier can't be considered piercing without testing it first? >.>

The important one is Joyeuse we knows thats piercing

Interesting to note, while Tutelary by all logic should be piercing, is apparently not. I think all other rapier types are though.

EDIT: If you start making a post and then go afk for half an hour, expect other people to say what you were going to.

    Thanks for the info.

Yeah I looked at the somepage list and theres nothing that seem worth equipping for birds.

On the side note what is said here made sense according to that list becuase they have Colichemarde and Tutelary listed as Bilblo and not rapier.

Edit: So all bilblo type is blunt? Just occured to me that if Tutulary is blunt damage.

I'm fairly sure that if Tutelary is blunt, it is the only blunt sword. Bilbos may simply be slashing damage, which I believe the crabs in weapon weakness Apollyon are immune to.

One of these days I will find the time to test out my Tutelary to see if it is blunt or not...

The FF wiki has some decent info regarding what weapons are what type. As far as that crab thingy, I didn't think crabs have any type of weakness as far as weapons go.
