Mugen char help + stages question

Anyone have kenshin/shishio/soujiro/aoshi that they can rapidshare to me?

any time i try to add a stage to my list it errors out... is it possible i just have a bad stage or am i doing something wrong?


i put the stage in the stages folder (both files) and the bgm in the sounds folder right... then i edited my extrastages section of the select.def

and when i select the stage in the list it just boots me out ><

Ok, when you add the stage to your extra stages list, you're doing:

stages/insertstagenamehere.def

right? Then you open up your stage.def to edit the mp3 by adding:

sound/insertsonghere.mp3

Correct? If so, then yeah.. you may possibly have a bad stage file, but I don't think so. You're probably just screwing up somewhere.

oooo the instructions i had didn't say to open the stages.def file x.x it had me confused with an example they had with me adding music=xxxx.mp3 right after the stages/stage.def part of the select.def file seperated by a comma.

i got it to work with a different stage file but i think it was the bgm causing me to error which what you said should fix. thanks a ton though, cause i probly never would have gotten it lol


you wouldn't happen to have those chars would you? lol

torrents with a bunch of files in a rar are either hit or miss and even then they are only going like 10kbs and for a 1.2-3.4gig file is rediculous just to not have the character be there :\

the only two places i've found any of the chars it was all author downloads but the authors sites are down, i've even gone as far as googling for the cache of the website without luck lol

No problem man and nah, I actually don't. I edited mine with the EVE screenpack and modeled it after Melty Blood. Love comboing with those characters. >.> I should probably go get more. You know about the different sites though right?
