KH2: FM+

So, it's getting released tomorrow... is anyone importing it? downloading it?

Looks like Square actually added a lot of shit this time around, unlike the first FM...fighting all the org. memembers/Roxas/dude from secret movie sounds pretty interesting.

I think i'll stick to downloading for now, at least until I see whether SE is bringing it over or not.

I guess the illusion thing works for him though heh... even though I was hoping that he was the one you fight in Mulan's world, which meant he carried Riku's sword. But now that's all a crapshoot heh.

I beat both games thoroughly but I have no idea what "Critical Mode" or "Twilight Thorn" is. I never did get to level 99 or maxed all summons, since summons are fucking annoying as hell in this game.

Lv 99 is a joke with maxed gravity when you go in the "lion king" world on top of the hill. Can do 40 lv in less than 30min.I forgot how I did summon, just zone in and out of any world to fill your limit bar and spam them

Twilight Thorn->Boss of Roxas's part of the game

Critical Mode is the new difficulty option in KH2: Final Mix. Enemy damage is increased and exp earned is lowered(?confermed?)

I meant like maxed base strength defense and magic lol (minus whatever amount it was that acc./equip/weapon would naturally boost), but yeah it took a quarter of the time it took to max stats in FFX, so maybe this time the 14 new secret bosses will get raped.

Nothing beats killing early bosses in the hades arena in 4 hits.

Storywise it is a failure (even though I didn't mind), but gameplay wise, KH2 is so superior to KH1, even if KH1 is the better game

KH2 was alot more fun than KH1...but all of the characters in KH2 were just so, SO emo. All of them. ESPECIALLY Simba and Hercules. Ugh I just wanted to kill myself during those levels, and The Lion King is one of my favorite movies ever, so that shouldn't have been the case. But ugh, Simba was just so....annoying.

I still enjoyed the game for what it's worth, however I thought the story was lacking, and the 4 hour intro was kinda weird haha.

edit: And yeah I did the quick leveling in the Lion King world also. That was so haxxxxxxxx.

uh jumpin' jesus on a pogo stick, the new boss battles look insane. And the abilities you get in critical mode look fun. The new drive form you get kind of late in the game (2nd TT visit), but having ars arcanum again will own

I don't see where you come up with that. Sure a couple of the levels were annoying, but so many more levels in the first game were. i.e - Atlantica (way more annoying as an actual level), Deep Jungle, just to name a couple, whereas this game had 2 of the best levels in the series (Tron and Steamboat Willie). Not to mention The End of the World (or w/e its called), Beast's Castle. As far as the Lion King, I thought this was going to be much more annoying playing as a Lion, but it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Also, I guess I was the only one to not do the level 99 haxx there.
