Weird question about retrieving a character.

A friend of mine recently came back to the game with a new character, because she is unable to retrieve her old character (she forgot her password). I told her that if she calls SE, they may be able to help her get her character back.

She called, and she said something about needing 'registration codes'. I personally don't even know what they mean by registration codes, because I setup my account so long ago. Apparently she doesn't remember her registration codes. If anyone else has been through this process, does anyone know what she has to do to get her character back or if there's any way she can recover her registration codes?

You'll also need the name of the person that the account is under, a street address, and their age, and first and last 4 or 5 digits of CC- At least that's what they asked me.

I just had this thing happen to me. I wanted to reactivate and they wanted 8 numbers from my credit card that I used, since I deleted the card, I had to BEG the bank for it.
Then got all that info and then SE wants the last so many numbers from the regi code. Turns out they're someone else and not even sure if they're still there, so I talked to a manager and told him my story, I could verify EVERYTHING and the only regi code I had was ToUA and it was at my house, not at work.
After awhile he set up my account so that if anything ever needs to be done to my account I need to have the ToUA codes only.

Pretty sure that's been extended to a year or longer as long as you have the month you did it in

Don't put ideas like that in people's heads. Think of how much amusement that would be lost from people who drop all of their Rare/EX gear then delete their characters only to come back a few weeks later.
