Just thought I'd make a thread where crafters could post where they been ripped off before. I have been screwed over so many times in FFXI besides crafting... some of which were my fault because I was an idiot. Well, this kinda happened to me this week, but this text just happened about 2 hours ago. took me awhile to take pics with my cell phone and send to my email. FYI to Fenrir server crafters: look out for this guy named Slifer.

I had another buyer for 1.8mil, but he wasnt a friend like Slifer was. I gave Slifer 10% off. I might have gotten 1.9 or 2mil, idk if the 1 guy would have paid or not. I simply asked for 150k to help cover what i would lose b/c the guy suddenly dont want bow. He gives me shit about we didnt have a deal yet. (why would i give him the bow w/o having the deal set in stone?) I already got a GM looking into it, so I have no worries about getting bow back.

J/w if anyone else has had people such as Slifer screw them.

oh and btw if he was offering to give it back, instead of threatening to "OMG BAN HIM FROM ALL THE OTHER CRAFTERSSS" you should have taken the damn bow and went on your merry way. I didnt bother reading your 300 screen shots because it was mindless banter imo. Learn your lesson - this is your fault and only your fault.

Its cool, We had a trade agreement. GM looking into it. I've had something similar happen before. I have no worries with getting the item back. It's not my fault that he decided to screw me on the item @ first with "o well i dont want the item now, especially since it dropped price on AH" and "well if you wanna ruin my rep, im not even giving the bow back". If posting the stuff @ first, which was only that he screwed me on the trade agreement, wasnt bad enough, he dug himself deeper saying he was going to keep the bow in its entirety and give me nothing.

Edit: Read the SS's (made my eyes bleed), I would have kept the bow.
