Metroid Prime 3 help (spoilers)

So I need help with the boss of Bryyo. I cant seem to kill Mogenar, the war golem boss. I know you have to destroy the four red orbs. Only problem is I cant seem to destroy them all, they always come back. AM I simply just not destroying the red orbs fast enough? I do have trouble getting behind him because he is always jumping around. I stunned him with Ice missles but I have no idea how actually, not sure if it is random or I need to shoot one in a paticular spot. Thansk for any help you guys can offer.

When you shoot the orbs, are they exploding? or are they just turning white, if they aren't exploding they arent destroyed...i thought they were destroyed until i saw one explode. after they explode, i think you have to hypermode and shoot the hole where the orb was...but i can't remember exactly.

Do they explode one by one, then you destroy them one at a time in hypermode? Or will I just know when one explodes? Ive only made them turn white, none have exploded.

You have to shoot the red orbs until they explode. Once you blow up all 4 red orbs, you then have to shoot the white holes while in hyper mode.

You'll know when they explode, he kind of staggers backwards a little bit and uh, I think it makes a shattering noise, but I don't recall

He also from time to time will try to get the orbs back, you have to shoot them again before he can re-absorb them into himself. It actually took me a few to figure out exactly what to do. The only way to re-power yourself is when he shoots those green hands at you, shoot them to get power-ups if you're running low. It's pretty easy to stay alive, just keep moving around and don't let him re-absorb the red balls.

In other news, this boss (and pretty much every boss I've fought so far except the gd Metroid Hatcher, what the hell is with the tiny platform I must have fallen like 10 times) was fun as hell.

But there is (eventually) a trick to kill them in 1 shot.

Jacking the topic

I'm stuck. I unlocked Valhalla to go to right? Only had 2 energy cells so I had to leave. I did get the info on the other 3 but...

I just don't have the stuff to get them. I need something that can take out Blast Doors(The ones where it needs multiple targets at one), I don't have the ship Upgrades for Bryyo, and I can't even access the place that has the Generator in Skyworld.

Am I missing something big? Maybe an entire area?
