To everyone who (like me) was too eager to get their hands on the expansion the night it went live, downloaded the EU version and ran out and bought a PS2/360 version of the game for the reg code, I have something for ya!

It's a little thingy I cooked up while bored. It's not a big deal, but it creates the EU registry keys needed to install the expansion, and I rolled it up into an external installer.

Just download the .rar (scan it first if ye like), then unpack it to the folder containing your WoTG iso download (assuming it's not just a folder containing an .iso, but the actual files inside it).

You will get an overwrite prompt for 3 files: AutorunEx.exe, autorun.inf, and discicon.ico.

Click yes to overwrite these. Now burn all the files to a disc and you have a gui installer that patches the EU version.

(If you find my gui annoying and don't want it to be on your CD permanently, just extract the WoTG EU Patcher.msi file to a safe place and toss the rest).

BG is forums as well as linkshell, if it was BG member exclusive you wouldnt see it in this section now would you. And you hosted it with the intention of it being posted here, so you might consider it a BG forums exclusive.

Besides, most of the people who downloaded the EU version are from the BG forums, so it makes sense to post this here right?

i've already deleted the EU ISO files and downloaded the NA ISO torrent and added it to my super large ISO that includes all 4 expansions + Main game & POL
