So when are the winning nations supposed to get a reward for this, I thought it was supposed to have happened already but I haven't seen anything where it was mentioned...

Uh.. the rewards have happened, San d'Oria won the pan-world standings so all San d'Orians have the moogle teleport. (I think that's right) and depending on who won on your server (probably San d'Oria, but maybe Windurst) all of the regional vendors should be selling their wares.

This ends December 11th iirc

No new NPCs appear, it should be the normal regional vendors, for instance, go check the Moblin in Windurst Waters by the warp taru- he should be selling you items that come from the Movalpolos region. You know the one that's always beastmen controlled. Always

All regional vendors are always stocked, no new NPCs or anything but all regional vendors ar fully stocked and open until the 11th of Dec.
