PSP not loading

This is a very strange problem I noticed today.

My PSP will not load any game demos that I download from the internet. I merely get the PSP logo when first clicking on the game and then the screen goes black, but then my PSP's power goes off... and when I turn back on, I get more black screen for a while and then it goes back to the home screen.

Also, i am using autopopstation 4 to play ff7 on my psp and have had no problems so far but for some reason disc 3 will not load. Upon clicking the logo it just says "Game could not be played."

Any help would be greatly appreciated.


ISSUE RESOLVED!!

I formatted the flash thing in the recovery menu and that took care of it all.

Odd, what's your firmware version? D: I don't think you should be having any problems with 3.71M or the official 3.72 firmware...

im actually on 3.51M33

would it be better to upgrade to 3.71M33?

I havent had any problems since I tried to play some demos I downloaded

updated to 3.52 M33 and attempted to go to 3.71... but I get the same issue with that...

i cant even load the launcher off my memory stick.. the screen just goes black and then restarts
