Thought this would be an interesting question to see how much of the BG population has a criminal record.

I predict quite a lot of delusional e-thug bragging forthcoming.
Not a one, only "altercation" I've ever had with the police was new years eve piss loaded drunk off of 2 parties and heading to a third, I got caught pissing on a subway platform >_> and I wouldn't even really call it an altercation as I cooperated fully, cracked a couple jokes, took my ticket and left. Got a notice 3 weeks later saying the police officer never filed the thing and I wouldnt have to go to court to pay the stupidass fine.
Edit: In my defense, I really had to piss.
If I had a record but it got expunged, can I still vote no?
Already voted "No" then realized that maybe it should have been a "Yes".
Edit: It was only criminal damaging and menacing, and it was when I was like 14 or 15, so it's not a big deal. I'll stick with "No".
Does it count if it fell off my record at 18? >_>
Buncha fuckin' delinquents.
Expunged theft felony.
In short: I was the manager at a GameStop, district manager comes around with cops, arrests all employees for felony theft, spent 3 days in jail, go to court, do the expungment stuff, GS realizes 8 months later it was all a mistake, employees sue GS, all shit dropped.
Edited the poll to add expunged records.
i got caught carding when i was 17 but i don't have a record
ryko: i have a really close friend who's a teacher who was almost listed as a sex offender for the same thing, except instead of a subway it was the bushes during a concert
No.
No...however:
I've been pulled over around 20 different times, mostly for speeding. Of those 20+ violations, I've been issued 3 citations. I went to court for two of them (80 in a 55, and 90 in a 55) and spoke with the prosecutor and had them both probated (I was dating the DA's daughter at the time). Only ticket I've paid for was for 42 in a 35. I just paid it out of court and didn't bother trying.
I've also been arrested and released without being charged. I was with a friend in a county we weren't familiar with. We were parked where people hung out drinking. Come to find out the police seen us but didn't do anything immediatly. We met a couple of girls (sober) who wanted to go "riding around". They jumped in our truck and one of them drove since we were drinking. We left the beer in their car and my friend just brought 1 can. Soon after departing, we were pulled over as the cops thought we were drinking and driving. My friend flipped out and gave me the can and I put it between the bench seat and the passenger door. They asked us if we'd been drinking (we were under-age) and we said no. A cop came around to my door and asked me to get out. I forgot about the beer pinched between the door and seat. When I opened the door, the beer fell out and all over the officers pants and shoes...
"Yeah, we've been drinking"
We were then arrested and released without being charged after rating out a guy we knew was drinking and driving.
My biggest criminal record so far is telling a GM to leave someone alone and they said if I tell a GM what to do again they would take action against my account
No, but I have come close. I could have been prosecuted but I managed to get away with a fine instead. Lucky for me, scariest time of my life.
Got a speeding ticket once QQ. I was too sheltered to do anything bad :/
I'm a law-abiding citizen.![]()
I had one but I went through deferred prosecution and had it expunged from my record thank goodness. Finishing College (twice), Career etc.... Looking back in retrospect I was lucky as hell and I am still very appreciative.
1st time: was when I was 17 for Aggravated assault, trespassing and criminal menacing because we had a weapon. Two days later my best friend at the time who was with me when this altercation took place was walking home from the bus stop and was fatally shot in the neck by the same guy we beat down the day before. Talk about a motherfucking wake up call. Like I said, it was a LONG time ago and has since been wiped from my record seeing as how it was my first "REAL" trouble and spending a day in jail.
2nd time: I was arrested and cited for Public Intoxication in Myrtle beach SC on Spring break when I was 19 I think at a bike (Motorcycle) rally. No charges, just stayed in jail until I payed fines and was sober enough to actually leave on my own recognizance.
Thankfully those were the only time I was actually caught. Oh well, you live and you learn I guess.![]()
Disclaimer: I am in no way bragging or endorsing this in anyway, Miz love the kids. You got my Dillies on the Pepa Tank? Wapatah to the Bammies!

I lived in a shitty estate growing up and have cautions(3 strikes type thing in the uk) for silly things , I do have a police dog bite mark on my leg and arm though![]()
Are you sure? In California, youre able to get your juvenile records sealed but its something you need to apply for.Originally Posted by Eanae
Well, everything was dropped, and all the expenses were paid off (wasnt much), my lawyer said he didnt adivise to go any further with it. GS has got some real nice lawyers, I had been working at GS for a few years and see the shit they get away with, so I really wasnt willing to bother with it. One of the other employees tried to get money out of them, and two years later he just gave up because of all the bullshit redtape, excuses, etc they made him go through.Originally Posted by octopus
