Having problems logging in on my main account.

I get through all the screens fine, up to the point where my character itself and the zone (MH in Whitegate) should be loading. My connection is fine until i get to that point (the standard black zone screen with that annoying "Downloading Data..." in the bottom right corner. I can also log into one of my mules, but not the other (same problem occurs). Anyone got any suggestions for me? I've checked my files (no errors), called a GM (didn't do shit, as usual. Suggested i contact tech support when they open tomorrow).
