Laptop Driver Issue

My sister recently installed a new driver for her built in web cam on her laptop. She is using Vista at the moment. After she installed the new driver her FFXI graphics have been messed up, so I was wondering what she should do. The graphics issue is the same for both Windower's.

Uninstall the web cam via the device manager and see if that fixes it. Are you sure it was a webcam driver and not video card? Also make sure the webcam drivers didnt install anything else (like sometimes Logitech cameras install their own software) and make sure you delete that too.

She fixed the problem. Had to install the XP driver.
